PRIVACY POLICY Personal data handling The personal data provided by the user will be used by Terretrusche Srl and transmitted to other companies in compliance with the provisions set forth in the legislation in force mentioned hereafter: - European Parliament Directive 95/46/EC on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data; - Directive 97/66/EC concerning the protection of privacy in the telecommunications sector; - Directive 97/07/EC and Legislative Decree 185/99 on the protection of consumers who entered distant selling contracts; - Directive 00/31/EC on electronic commerce; - Italian Legislative Decree n. 196 of 30th June 2003 on the protection of personal data; - Italian Legislative Decree 70/2003 on electronic commerce. Personal data handling procedures and its purposes Following is a listing of all the operations carried out by Terretrusche Srl that involve the gathering, conservation, and processing of your personal data and the aims that we pursue in each case: a. gathering and conservation of your personal data for the purpose of providing our products through an electronic commerce service and to provide Judicial Authorities with information they may request; b. processing of the personal data you supply and the data drawn from your navigation on the web for purposes of defining your commercial profile, according to the procedure thoroughly described in the Genreal Terms and Conditions; c. use of your commercial profile by Terretrusche Srl for its own marketing and promotion purposes; d. gathering, conservation, and processing of your personal data for administrative-accounting purposes, including any e-mailing of commercial invoices; e. use of your commercial profile by Terretrusche Srl for third party marketing and promotional purposes. Handling procedure Handling will be fully automated, using a process that makes it possible to determine the commercial habits a client has evidenced in his navigation. Terretrusche Srl assures and guarantees that the collected data won’t include, directly or indirectly, subjects concerning critical data as indicated in articles 4 letter D and 26 of Legislative Decree 196/03.This excludes, a priori, any handling that could concern, directly or indirectly, critical data. Freedom to grant permission and consequences of refusal The furnishing of your data for the purposes indicated at (a), (b), (c) and (d) is necessary. If you refuse consent, it will be impossible for us to provide our services; whereas if consent is refused for purpose (e), there will be no consequence whatsoever on the provision of our services. Property and responsibility for handling Handling is the property of Terretrusche Srl, with its registered office in Cortona (Arezzo), 3 Vicolo Alfieri. Any request pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree n.196/03 shall be addressed to Terretrusche Srl as responsible for handling the personal data, or sent via e-mail to the following address: privacy@terretrusche.com. The Sole Responsible under art.29 of Legislative Decree 196/03 is Mr. Vittorio Camorri, Managing Director of Terretrusche Srl. Rights of the interested party Art. 7 of Legislative Decree n.196/03 (Rights of the interested party): 1. As for the handling of personal data, the interested party is entitled to receive confirmation about the existence of data that may concern him/her and their transmittal, even if they haven’t been registered yet. 2. The interested party is entitled to be informed about:: - origin of the data; - purposes of the handling; - handling procedures; - the contact data concerning the company that holds title and responsibility to the handling process; - the name of the subjects to which the data can be transmitted. 3.
